报告内容：BmNPV belongs to Baculoviruse family with its double-stranded DNA genome packaged into rod-shaped nucleocapsids. BmNPV genome is encapsulated by its nucleocapsid that plays important role for host infection process while little structural efforts have been reported.

In order to fill this knowledge gap and provide insightful information to engineer a high performance, low toxic BmNPV for biotechnological application, we initiate the structural proteomics based approach to systematic screen the structures of proteins essential for BmNPV nucleocapsid assembly.
